Delivery time

Orders arrive in 4 to 8 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can follow it right to your door.

Shipping cost

Free delivery on every order across the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. No minimum spend, no surprise charges at checkout.

Discreet packaging

This is the part most people ask about, so let's be clear.

• Your order ships in a plain outer box. No logo, no branding, no product name.
• The sender on the label is neutral. Nothing on it hints at what's inside.
• Your bank or card statement shows a neutral company name, not the product.

Nobody — not your postal worker, not your neighbour, not whoever happens to be home — can tell what you ordered.

Where we ship from

We ship from our European warehouse to your address in the UK. All duties and import charges are already included in the price you pay, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you'll get an email with a tracking link. If it hasn't arrived within 8 working days, email info@alohaclub.co with your order number and we'll chase it for you.

Wrong address?

Email us within a few hours of ordering and we can usually still change it. Once a parcel has shipped we can't redirect it.
