These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Aloha Club and to every distance agreement concluded between Aloha Club and the consumer.
We do our best to describe our products as clearly and completely as possible. Errors or (price) mistakes are not binding.
The agreement is concluded at the moment you place an order and receive an order confirmation by email.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Products that are custom-made or cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as underwear or opened personal care products) are excluded from returns.
We strive to ship your order within 1-3 business days. If delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
All prices include VAT. Payment must be made via the available payment methods in our webshop.
You are entitled to a good product. If something goes wrong, we will work together to find a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund.

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us at info@alohaclub.nl. We respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can contact the Disputes Committee via www.degeschillencommissie.nl or via the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
